Josh Taylor (Director)
Josh founded THE CLUB in May 2022 having previously spent 5 years working full time leading the National Junior Programme for England Squash. Josh is hugely passionate about coaching and helping others, his track record speaks for itself and has cemented him as a top coach globally.
Tesni Evans (Director)
Tesni joined the team in December 2023, coming on board as we formalised the organisation as a Community Interest Company. Tesni is a PSA World Tour Player, with a highest ranking of 9 in the world, a 2 time British National Champion she comes with lots of experience to lend to the team.
Hannah Hodgson (Director)
Hannah joined the team in May 2023 as a Director. She brings with her a wealth of leadership experience in funding across the not for profit sector and a great skillset in sports development, growing participation and breaking down barriers that may exist. A driven individual she helps shape the off court aspects that have led development of The CLUB Squash into a CIC.
Dan Blan (Head of Competitions and Lead Coach Fairways Lodge)
Dan joined the team in June 2022 following completion of his degree at the University of Manchester.
A very passionate squash enthusiast, Dan prides himself on growing the game, and especially tournament play, keen to try out different formats to entice a modern squash community.
Dan heads up our competition programme across all of the venues.
Dan is available at Fairways Lodge and Leisure Club for sessions.
Henry Beach (Head Coach, North Area)
Henry joined the team in September 2022. A dynamic coach with a bubbly personality, Henry brings with him a wealth of experience having been a top junior player. A band member of local band The Larkins and a professional photographer, Henry is a extremely rounded person. Henry is responsible for overseeing the programme in the North area and is Lead Coach at Cheetham Hill.
Henry is available for sessions across the programme.
Amy Royle (Lead Coach, Monton Squash Club)
Amy joined the team in Nov 2022. Amy is part of our pro squads, with a career world ranking high of 233 to date. Amy loves working with players of all levels.
Amy is available at Monton Squash Club.
Matt Major (Coach, Cheetham Hill Squash Club)
Matt, aka Manchester Champ, joined the team in June 2022 having previously been coached by Josh at the Manchester Squash Academy.
Matt is passionate about the sport and loves working with players of all levels.

Jordan Hardwick
(Head Coach, Marple Squash Club)
Jordan joined the team in January 2024 following successes as Head Coach at Edgbaston Priory and Warwickshire County Coach at Warwickshire. Playing in the NWCSL Division 1 and the Yorkshire Premier League, Jordan leads The CLUB Squash Junior Talent Pathway.
