Prepare with us in Manchester

We will start preparations checking in with you remotely to ensure when you arrive with us we have the best understanding of where you are. This can include connecting with coaches, and national federations.

Then join us at our home in Manchester before travelling to Birmingham for the event.

In Manchester we will work through an individually bespoke programme for each player based on what will get them the best results.

This will include a mixture, of group and individual coaching sessions, off court physical work and tournament prepartion workshops.

We will work with each player in the build up to have match plans ready for all eventualities to allow you to deliver at the event.

Our meals will be managed and planned out for each player with the support of a performance nutritionist to ensure no stone is left unturned.

Alongside preparing you will also get to see Manchester one of the worlds most vibrant squash destinations.
